OUR POLICY
Fashion A-Fare Boutique does not have a brick and mortar location. Therefore, at this time we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges. All sales made at shopfashionafare.com are final sale.

JEWELRY CARE & REPAIR POLICY
To maintain hygiene and protect the integrity of our handmade pieces, all jewelry sales are final sale.

Jewelry purchased at our handmade-only markets:

At these events, we sell our handmade jewelry collection, including many pieces not available online. We happily offer one complimentary repair within 14 days of purchase on all handmade Fashion A-Fare Boutique jewelry orders. This policy does not apply to clothing, decoupage art, or any non-Fashion A-Fare jewelry items. After the 14-day window, repairs may be completed for a small fee depending on the piece and repair needed.

To help preserve the longevity of your jewelry, only pieces specifically labeled as waterproof are intended for regular exposure to water and moisture. Jewelry not labeled as waterproof should avoid exposure to water and similar elements, as related damage does not qualify for complimentary repair services. 

Jewelry specifically labeled as tarnish-resistant is designed for extended wear with reduced tarnishing over time. Natural wear, exposure to moisture, body chemistry, perfumes, lotions, and similar elements may affect the finish of jewelry not labeled as tarnish-resistant, and related damage does not qualify for complimentary repair services.

For customers who purchased a jewelry item at one of our markets and are not local, we are happy to offer repairs by mail under the same policy terms. Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with mailed repairs.

Gifts: If you made a jewelry gift purchase and need to add an extension chain, or for us to make a longer chain you have 14 days from the purchase date to get it fixed for $5. After this date the fee goes up to the original purchase price.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

All purchases are final at the listed price at time of purchase. We do not offer price adjustments, and promotions or discounts cannot be applied retroactively. If there is an issue with your order, please email sales@shopfashionafare.com.

POP-UPS/MARKETS/CRAFT SHOWS/EXPOS

Fashion A-Fare Boutique does pop-ups, markets, craft show, and expos throughout the Capital Region. All purchases made at any of these events are all final sale. If you placed an order at one of our pop-ups, markets, craft show, or expos and have any questions please email sales@shopfashionafare.com.

ARTISAN COVE

Fashion A-Fare Boutique is proud to be a vendor inside The Artisan Cove, where a selection of our handmade styles is available for purchase. All purchases made at any of these events are all final sale. If you placed an order at the shop and have any questions please email sales@shopfashionafare.com.

WHOLESALE
