What shipping methods do you offer? Do You Ship Internationally?
We offer Standard $8.00 U.S. Shipping and Free Shipping on orders over $100 (before tax) in the continental US only.
At this time we do not offer international shipping
When will my order ship?
All orders placed from Monday through Wednesday will be processed and dispatched on Thursday.
All orders placed on Thursday through Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.
What happens if my item was stolen?
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available.
If we cannot replace them, then we will issue a refund, as well as any shipping costs. However, if the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.

Why are there some items marked as limited edition and exclusive?
Limited Edition items are not going to be restocked. This can be because the supplier is no longer manufacturing the product and/or it is part of a limited edition collection. We do not accept returns on Limited Edition items. For more information on our Return & Refund Policy, click here.
When an item is marked as Exclusive it means it is sold at our boutique only. We do not accept returns on Exclusive items. For more information on our Return & Refund Policy, click here.
How can I make changes to or cancel my order?
If you have not received your tracking information yet, we may be able to make adjustments to your shipping address or process a cancellation dependent on the fulfillment stage of your order. Please email us ASAP so we can make immediate changes to your order.
If you have already received your tracking information, then unfortunately we are NOT able to make any changes as the order has already shipped. Orders cannot be canceled if they have already been fulfilled (shipped). If you want more information on returning your order once it has arrived, please read our Returns & Refund Policy.
If you want to cancel an order that has not already been fulfilled, please send us an email and we will refund you for your order.
Can I use a promo code and gift card in the same order?
You are able to use only ONE promotional (promo) code per order in addition to any E-Gift Card / Store Credit codes.
We are NOT responsible if the promotional code is not entered at checkout and it cannot be retroactively applied. Payment is processed automatically.
How can I find out my size?
We carry a wide variety of brands and styles; therefore, sizing can vary depending on the fabric and style of the garment.

Can I return an E-Gift Card?
E-Gift Cards cannot be returned and are non-refundable.
How will I receive the gift card?
All of our Gift Cards are sent electronically through email. We do not sell physical gift cards at this time.
Can I use a promo code to purchase a gift card?
Promotional (promo) codes can’t be applied toward our E-Gift Card purchases.
How can I get featured on your Instagram?

We will tag you in both the caption and photo of the post. If you have a private profile, we will message you for your permission to use it on Instagram and Facebook only.
We do not use your photos for paid promotions and/or ads without your permission. If we are interested in using your photo(s) for our emails, website, and/or any other promotional material, we will send you a message on Instagram.
